Pursuing ‘true form architecture’, primary forms are celebrated and combined in this proposed 33 unit apartment block – expressing nature, the built environment and an architectural fusion of light, detail and material flexibility.
Located on the west periphery of the Sitari Development, the proposed design celebrates human scale, horizontal and vertical residential living and a layered pattern of use as defined by various materials applied to each façade. Functionality and family living is combined by adding and subtracting space where applicable, revealing a textured architecture. Vertical and horizontal circulation is celebrated within the apartment block, utilizing these areas as a place of dialogue, interaction and to some extent functional.
Adding value to the whole of the Sitari Development, this project aims to establish a refreshed interpretation of the Sitari Country Estate Living.
